Helped Expansive Mindset coach more people towards their dream

Expansive Mindset is a coaching business that helps people build a better life with the Thinking Into Results program. They focus on changing people’s mindsets and working towards specific ambitious goals. These high-end coaches differ from other coaching businesses: they aim for permanent changes, not just a short-term boost in productivity.

As a dedicated team of high-end coaches, Expansive Mindset helps ambitious individuals reach goals they never thought they could achieve. They have tons of experience and a tried and tested approach to coaching that gets them positive reviews.

The challenge

As a small coaching business, Expansive Mindset is trying to grow its business by attracting future coachees through online channels in Belgium and the Netherlands. They target ambitious individuals who are looking to break through barriers. Because of the time needed to find and nurture leads and the cost of the investment, the need for additional lead generation and lead nurturing arose.

There was also an existing database of leads that were not yet coaching clients. The lead generation platform offered many opportunities that were underused for lead generation and nurturing.

The solution

The first thing we did was set up Google Ads for Expansive Mindset. We created different campaigns, focusing mostly on generating leads with valuable downloads. All leads were then captured in the company’s CRM platform. In this platform, we set up lead nurturing workflows to help convert leads into MQLs and SQLS. 

Next to that we also started a content calendar and started posting relevant content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. The goal was to grow these channels and to create more awareness for coaching in general and for Expansive Mindset’s approach specifically. 

We also set up workflows in their CRM platform to nurture existing and new leads. Within their system, we created different workflows depending on the campaign that the leads belonged to. We created a series of newsletters specifically for existing leads and clients to offer value and move them along the buyer journey.

The results

The ads, social media posts, and workflows resulted in a steady increase in relevant leads for Expansive Mindset. On social media, specifically on LinkedIn, we saw significant growth with increases of over 600% in terms of impressions and reactions. Over that same period, we realized even bigger increases in page views and unique visitors.

In their CRM platform, we set up a couple of automation workflows. We set up one to manage and nurture leads that downloaded a piece of content. Then we built another workflow for leads that subscribed to a series of educational and inspirational emails that we created together with the client. Both workflows got a steady stream of new leads during the entire period of collaboration and will continue to do so for as long as the workflows stay active. This allows the client as well as us to continue building their lead generation engine while leads keep coming in and keep being nurtured.
